Data & Account Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your account or any personal data collected by the SuPia app. Please choose the appropriate option below and send us an email. We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.

Account Deletion

Delete Account & All Associated Data

Request the permanent deletion of your SuPia account along with all personal information and data linked to it. This action cannot be undone.

  • Scope: account credentials, profile, and all app data
  • Processing time: up to 30 days from submission
  • Permanent — account and data cannot be recovered after deletion

Delete Specific Data (Keep Account)

Request deletion of specific data collected during app use while keeping your account active. Please specify which data categories you would like removed.

  • Location data (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)
  • Camera data (CAMERA)
  • Other in-app collected data
